针对消失模砂温控制不准确和温度调节时间过长的问题,设计了基于可编程控制器(PLC)消失模砂温自动系统。该系统以台达DVP-PLC为核心控制器,配备DOP-AE系列触摸显示器和电磁阀,在砂温冷却滚筒外罩和滚筒外壁之间设置淋水冷却装置,同时在滚筒内部设置雾化冷却装置,将两者结合,构成双回路冷却系统,使得消失模砂温控制实现自动化。最后通过实验发现:以水冷却系统和雾化冷却系统构成的砂温控制系统能够精确有效的控制出砂温度,说明该装置提高单位时间内滚筒对砂的处理量,提高其工作效率。
Aimed at the problems of inaccuracy control and long adjusting time of sand temperature, an automatic control system of sand temperature was designed based on PLC. The system takes TAIDA DVP- PLC as the control center with DOP-AE touch display and solenoid valves, and a water spray cooling device was set between the cover and the outer wall of sand temperature cooling drum, a atomization cooling device was set inside the drum, so a two-loop cooling system was constituted to realize automatic control of sand temperature in lost foam casting. Finally, the experiments show the sand temperature cooling control system can precisely control the sand temperature and improve work load per minute and efficiency.
