虽然有很多文献分析了产业集群对创新的促进作用,但没有明确区分＂创新产出＂与＂创新效率＂这两个既有联系又有区别的概念。以国家高新区为样本,实证研究了产业集群对区域创新效率的影响,研究发现,产业集群显著抑制了区域创新效率。分析了出现这一状况的原因,并给出了相应的政策建议。
英文摘要：
Although there are plenty of documents dealing with the promotion effects of industrial clusters on innovation,they rarely differentiate the concepts of innovation output and innovation efficiency.Taking state-level hi-tech development zones as an example,we empirically study the influence of industrials on regional innovation efficiency,and find out that industrial clusters reduce innovation efficiency significantly.The reasons are analyzed and corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
