以回收并经过除杂处理的废旧Li Fe PO4正极材料为原料,采用固相法补加不同摩尔分数的Li2CO3,在N2气氛中经焙烧修复补锂,获得再生的Li Fe PO4/C正极材料。结果表明,向废旧正极材料中补加摩尔分数为10%的Li2CO3可以有效弥补可循环锂的损失,再生后的正极材料有优异的倍率和循环性能。在0.1和20 C倍率下其放电比容量分别为157和73 m A·h/g,经200次循环后,容量几乎没有衰减。说明此方法可有效再生提高废旧Li Fe PO4正极材料的电化学性能,为大规模有效回收再利用废旧Li Fe PO4正极材料提供了一条可行的途径。
Spent Li Fe PO4 cathode materials were recycled after calcination in N2 atmosphere to refill different mole fractions of Li2CO3 by a solid phase method. The results of electrochemical test show that the recycled Li Fe PO4/C materials can effectively recuperate the loss of reversible lithium via refilling 10% mole fraction of Li2CO3 and exhibit the excellent electrochemical performance as cathode materials in lithium-ion batteries. Their specific discharge capacity can reach 157 m A·h/g at 0.1 C rate, and 73 m A·h/g even at 20 C rate. The discharge capacity has no decay after 200 cycles at 0.5 C rates. It is indicated that this simple method can effectively regenerate the spent Li Fe PO4 cathode materials to improve their electrochemical performance and provide an effective route for the recovery and reuse of the spent Li Fe PO4 cathode materials in lithium-ion batteries.
