对中华稻蝗唾液腺和中肠组织的淀粉酶、蛋白酶和纤维素酶的活性进行了测定,结果表明:中华稻蝗中肠中的淀粉酶活性极显著地高于唾液腺中的淀粉酶活性;纤维素酶活性在唾液腺和中肠中均无显著差异;中肠蛋白酶活性均高于唾液腺蛋白酶活性,具有极显著差异.这说明中华稻蝗的中肠在对淀粉和蛋白质的消化过程中起了主要作用,唾液腺起辅助作用,而对纤维素的消化中中肠和唾液腺均起着同等重要的作用.
The activities of amylase,cellulase and protease of salivary glands and midgut in Oxya chinensis were studied. The results showed that the amylase and protease activities of the midgut were significantly higher than those of the salivary glands. No significant difference was observed in cellulase activity between the two tissue. These suggested that the midgut played major roles in decomposing starch and protein, while the salivary played auxiliary roles. However, both the midgets and salivary glands played important roles in decomposing cellulose.
