自对贫困有确切的定义开始至今已有100多年的历史。其间，贫困概念从关注单一的收入因素到关注剥夺、排斥和脆弱性，经历了不断的演化过程。如何定义贫困不仅影响到使用怎样的方法来测度贫困，更重要的是决定着相应的减贫政策。对这一演进过程进行梳理，有利干更全面地理解贫困，并由此推动减贫实践的深入。
英文摘要：
There has been more than 100 years since the certain concept of poverty. Meanwhile the concept experiences a continuous evolvement course from only concerning the single factor income to other factors such as deprivation, exclusion and fi-angibility. How to define poverty influences the methods by which we measure poverty, and more importantly, it related to corresponding policies of poverty relief. The article hackles the evolvement course in order to understand poverty more roundly and promote the practice more deeply.
