甲壳素生物材料是一种天然存在的高分子材料,作为一种有特殊作用的材料被研究应用到创伤敷料的使用上面。在本实验中,利用甲壳素和凡士林两种材料进行对比,在全光谱分析和傅里叶变换光谱分析上,分析两种材料对光谱的吸收差异。并分析这两种材料在对不同年龄的人群的作用中,对于伤口愈合时间、疼痛度以及色素沉着比例进行比较。结果发现,相对于凡士林敷料来说,甲壳素敷料和基质的光谱结果更为近似。在实际的敷料使用上,比较两种材料对老人、成人和少儿三组共102例浅域度烧伤伤口进行覆盖治疗的情况。在三组不同年龄人群中,利用不同的两种材料,伤口均愈合,但是甲壳素材料的实验组中在伤口愈合时间、疼痛度比较以及色素沉着比例上面均优于凡士林材料。甲壳素的实际使用的效果和光谱分析的结合相吻合。
Chitin is a natural biological polymer materials, which is applied as wound dressing due to its special characteristics. In this study, two materials, chitin dressing and vaseline dressing, were compared for the spectral absorption with the full spectrum analysis and Fourier transform spectrum analysis. Additionally, the effect of two materials on wound healing time, pain degree and pigmentation was comparing between different ages group of human. The results showed that, comparing to vaseline dressing, chitin dressing exhibited more similarity with the matrix in the spectral analysis. A comparing of clinic application in a total of 102 cases of superficial II degree burn wound covering treatment was performed, and these people were divide into three groups, the aged, adult and children. In all the tree groups, the curative effects of chitin dressing are better than vaseline dressing in the wound healing time, pain degree and pigmentation. Thus, the clinic effect of the chitin was identical with the result of spectral analysis.
