自20世纪70年代以后,黄河流域典型支流无定河的入黄水量不断减少,尤其1990年以来入黄水量平均只有9.104×10^8m^3,较1956-1969年时段减少了6.282×10^8m^3(合59%).本文从降水量变化、人类活动如国民经济用水、水土流失治理等方面分析了无定河入黄水量不断减少的原因.在此基础上论述了黄河典型支流水循环研究的问题与重要性,提出了为水资源可持续利用服务的应用基础研究问题.
The Wuding River is one of the most representative tributaries of the Yellow River Located in the Loess Plateau region, where soil erosion is extremely heavy. However, the inflow from the Wuding River Catchment with an area of 30261km^2 is 60 percent less than that in the 1960' s. This paper addresses causes of flow decline in terms of analysis of precipitation change, human activities such as water consumption and water & soil conservation, Research issue of Water cycle to change environment are discussed, that is emphasized as base of sustainable water use.
