目的 通过观察大鼠海马神经元线粒体膜电位(MMP)和海马神经元凋亡百分率(APOP),探讨慢性愤怒应激对大鼠脑老化进程的影响.方法 在D-半乳糖(D-gal)衰老及脑老化模型基础上引入愤怒刺激,用Morris水迷宫实验观察慢性愤怒应激对大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响,并用流式细胞仪测定大鼠海马神经元MMP和APOP.结果 与模型组比较,愤怒应激组大鼠空间学习记忆能力明显下降(P<0.05);愤怒应激组大鼠海马神经元MMP下降(边缘显著性)(0.05 <P<0.01),APOP上升(P<0.01).结论 慢性愤怒应激加重D-gal大鼠脑老化程度,加速衰老进程.
Objective To observe the rat's mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP) and the apoptosis percentage(APOP) of hippocampal neurons,and discuss the effects of chronic anger stress on rats' brain aging.Methods After the rats model with D-gal aging and brain aging affected by anger stress,the effects of chronic anger stress on rats' spatial learning and memory were observed by Morris water maze experiment,and MMP and APOP of rats' hippocampal neurons were measured by flow cytometer.Results Compared with those of model group,the spatial learning and memory of the rats in angry stress group were decreased substantially.In angry stress group,MMP of the rats' hippocampal neurons was decreased (marginal conspicuity),and the APOP of the rats was increased significantly.Conclusions The D-gal brain aging of the rats is aggravated by chronic anger stress,the aging of the rats is accelerated.
