目的通过RP-HPLC法同时测定黔产水芹Oenanthe javanica(B1.)DC.中绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素的含有量,并建立其指纹图谱。方法该植物甲醇提取液的分析采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.02%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 m L/min;检测波长365 nm;柱温30℃。建立11批样品的指纹图谱,并进行聚类分析。结果 6种成分在各自范围内均呈良好的线性关系(r〉0.999 0),平均加样回收率97.7%~101.3%,RSD 1.2%~3.1%。11批样品指纹图谱中有15个共有峰。聚类分析将样品分为2类,与相似度分析基本一致。结论凯里、瓮安、石阡、普安产水芹中6种成分的含有量高于贵州其他地区。
AIM To simultaneously determine the contents of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,rutin,quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin from Oenanthe javanica( Bl.) DC. cultivated in Guizhou by RP-HPLC and to establish the fringerprints. METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this plant was carried out on a 30 ℃ thermostastic Hypersil C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0. 02% phosphoric acid flowing at 1. 0 m L / min in a gradient elution manner and the detection wavelength was set at365 nm. The fringerprints of eleven batches of samples were established, then cluster analysis was made.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges( r〉0. 999 0),whose average recoveries were 97. 7%- 101. 3% with the RSDs of 1. 2%- 3. 1%. There were fifteen common peaks in the fringerprints of eleven batches of samples. The samples were divided into two types by cluster analysis,which was basically identical with that obtained by similarity analysis. CONCLUSION The contents of six constituents from O. javanica cultivated in Kaili,Weng'an,Shiqian and Pu'an are higher than those cultivated in other distracts in Guizhou.
