To provide the effective measures of controlling motor vehicle air pollution to the policy-maker, a lot of studies should be performed to understand the key affecting factors of vehicle air pollution, to analyze the characteristics of vehicle pollutant emission, and to establish the vehicle emission models to simulate the effects of vehicle emissions on local and regional air quality. In the article, the equivalent problem of the amount of vehicle pollutant emission was studied, the relation-ship between the pollutant emission in real road traffic network and the different speeds of vehicles, was explained and the vehicle pollutant emission model was put forward plan to the transpor- tation with effective control vehicle pollutant emission.
