以甲壳素为原料,110℃下浸泡在50%氢氧化钠溶液中间歇反应3h,用蒸馏水洗至中性,60℃烘干,得到产物壳聚糖,经测定产物脱乙酰度〉95%,25℃下1%壳聚糖溶液(溶于100ml 1%的乙酸水溶液中)粘度为100mPa.s。研究了吸附条件对吸附容量的影响,在弱酸性水溶液中吸附速度较快,3h后吸附趋于平衡。室温下,pH为4的水溶液中壳聚糖对所试污染物的饱和吸附容量分别为酸性红B 442mg/g、酸性嫩黄G 419mg/g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠345mg/g、R盐98mg/g。壳聚糖作为一种新型环保材料,具有制备方法简单,对水溶性有机污染物吸附速度快,吸附容量大等优点。
Chitin was immersed in 50% sodium hydroxide water solution at 110℃ reacting intermittently for 3h,washed to neutral by distilled water and dried at 60℃.Chitosan with a deacetylation ratio higher than 95% was obtained.Dissolved 1g chitosan in 100ml 1% acetic acid solution,the velocity of the solution was 100mPa·s at 25℃.The effects of adsorptive conditions on the adsorptive properties of chitosan were studied.The result shows that the adsorption is rapid in weak acid solution and that the adsorption reaches an equilibrium status 3h later.At room-temperature and pH 4,the saturated adsorptive capacities of chitosan for different contaminants are listed as follows: Acid Red B 442mg/g,acid light yellow G 419mg/g,SDBS 345mg/g,R salt 98mg/g.As an environment-friendly material,chitosan can be easily prepared and has many advantages such as rapid adsorption and high adsorptive capacity on water-soluble organic contaminants.
