Based on test of motor vehicle pollutant emission on typical street of Yangpu Distil several factors of the real impact on motor vehicle pollutant emission levels were analyzed Regarded ct in Shanghai, different types of motor vehicle on road as the research object, emission factors of different types of motor vehicle in light of the actual experimental data were calculated, the relationships of the pollutant emission with the different types of motor vehicle in real road traffic network were revealed, and pollutant emission model of motor vehicle was put forward to plan the transportation with control vehicle pollutant emission effectively.
