技术创新是经济全球化趋势下实现制造业技术升级的重要途径。运用2005-2014年中国制造业分行业数据,考察了FDI技术溢出、自主研发与合作研发三种技术创新模式对制造业技术升级的影响。研究发现,总体上自主研发与产学研合作研发对制造业技术升级具有正向影响,企业间合作研发与FDI技术溢出的作用效果并不显著。加入考察本土企业对知识的吸收能力后,随着吸收能力的增强,FDI技术溢出与企业间合作对技术升级的促进效果逐渐增强。在不同要素密集度特征的行业中,三种创新模式对技术升级的影响与作用机制存在差异。这表明,在中国制造业转型升级阶段,自主研发与产学研合作研发的创新模式是最佳战略选择,同时需要增强企业在合作中对知识的转移和吸收能力。
Technological innovation is an important way to realize the upgrading of manufacturing industry under the trend of economic globalization. This paper uses China's manufacturing industry data to analyze the impact of three innovation strategies,FDI technology spillover,independent RD and cooperative RD. The result shows that independent RD and industry-university-institute cooperation have a positive impact on the manufacturing technology upgrading in general,while the effect of inter-firm cooperation and FDI technology spillover are not significant. After investigating the absorptive capacity of local enterprises,the effects of these two factors are gradually increased. The result also shows industry disparity,which means independent RD and industry-university-institute cooperation are the best choices in manufacture upgrade. Moreover,our government needs to enhance the transfer of knowledge and absorptive capacity of enterprises in cooperation.
