为了研究退孪晶过程中退火处理对镁合金组织和力学性能的影响,以热轧AZ31镁合金为研究对象,对其在室温下沿横向(TD)预压缩后进行不同的退火工艺再沿垂直方向(ND)方向压缩会发生退孪晶.实验结果表明:退孪晶的开动应力为25 MPa,比孪晶形成(48MPa)小,且退孪晶所需的应变比孪晶小;预压缩AZ31经过合适的退火处理退孪晶的屈服强度提高了约20MPa;未退火处理的预压缩5%试样在2.5%的应变就可以发生退孪晶,而退火处理的试样需要在5%的应变才可以退孪晶.表明退火处理可以使AZ31在退孪晶过程出现退火硬化现象并且推迟退孪晶的发生.
In order to study the effect of annealing treatment on the structure and mechanical properties in detwin process, hot rolled AZ31 magnesium alloy is compressed along ND for detwin after pre- compression along TD at room temperature and different annealing treatment. Experiments show. The activation stress of detwinning is 25 MPa, which is smaller than that of twinning (48 MPa), and the strain of detwinning is smaller than that of twinning. The yield strength of pre-compressed AZ31 subjected to annealing is increased by about 20 MPa in detwinning, pre-compressed AZ31 by 5% without annealing treatment needs strain of 2.5 % for detwinning,but the sample with annealing treatment needs strain of 5 % for detwinning. It shows that annealing treatment causes annealing hardening in detwinning and rewards detwinning.
