为了有效地分析银试样的微观组织及形变织构,结合透射电镜和电子背散射衍射,制备了银试样的电解液,优化了电解抛光工艺参数.研究结果表明:利用配比为硫酸50mL+冰乙酸115mL+高氯酸6mL+甲醇350mL+草酸12g+硫脲77g的电解液,分别在温度为0~25℃,电压为5~25V,时间为3~5min和温度为0~25℃,电压为15~20V的条件下,对试样Φ3mm×0.1mm和10mm×3mm×2mm进行电解抛光,获得了大薄区的透射电镜试样和标定率高达85%的电子背散射衍射试样.
In order to effectively study the microstructure and the deformation textures,preparation of electrolyte and optimization of process parameters for silver sample have been investigated with transmission electron microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction.The results show that the electrolyte consists of 50 mL sulfuric acid,115 mL glacial acetic acid,350 mL methyl alcohol,6 mL perchloric acid,12 g oxalic acid and 77 g thiourea.One process parameters are:the temperature from 0~25 ℃,the voltage from 15~20 V.The other process parameters are: the temperature from 0~25 ℃,the voltage from 5~25 V,time from 3~5 min.Silver samples,with the size of Φ3 mm×0.1 mm and 10 mm×3 mm×2 mm,electro-polished with the electrolyte under processes of the two different types respectively,have large thin area for transmission electron microscopy and 85% indexing for electron backscatter diffraction.
