采用盆栽方法模拟土壤cd轻度污染状况,研究了cd对6种根菜类蔬菜生长状况及生理品质的影响。结果表明:经Cd处理后,6种蔬菜生物产量和体内叶绿素含量总体趋于下降,大青萝卜、丰光萝卜、501水萝卜和二道眉芥菜叶绿素含量降低量分别为7.6%,11.9%,14.2%,16.3%;二道眉芥菜和德日特萝卜Ve含量分别升高80%和61.37%;硝酸盐含量均升高,脯氨酸含量也均升高;6种蔬菜可食部分cd含量均超过国家食品卫生标准。本试验为cd污染区土壤的修复以及种植蔬菜品种的选择提供了理论依据。
This experiment studied the effect of cadmium on growth condition and quality of six kinds of rooted vegetables in potted way. Results showed that biological yield and content of chlorophyll in six kinds of vegetables tended to go down when cadmium was treated, content of chlorophyll in Daqing,Fengguang,501 sativus and Brassicajuncea reduced 7.6%, 11.9%, 14.2%, 16.3% respectively. Besides, content of Vc in Brassicajuncea and Derite Raphanus sativus L rised 80% and 61.37% respectively,content of nitrate and proline also elevated, cadmium content in vegetables edible depart was over the national food hygien standards. This test provided basal theory for soil improvent and the choice of varieties vegetables in cadmium pollution area.
