ISO900 management model and modem quality control management tools, such as QFD, FMEA, SPC, have been integrated, then formed into a comprehensive quality control model, which has been utilized in different phases and then established the corresponding system structure. At the same time, complex information exchange exists in each phase of the system structure and in the aspect of model utilization, each phase is considered as an agent. At the end, the key technology of the system structure has been researched.
