从信息技术的战略影响角度研究企业信息化水平的测评与对比分析问题．扩展了传统的企业信息化水平测评指标体系，引入了信息技术的战略影响指标，提出了基于因子分析的企业信息化水平测评方法，并针对某特定行业的30多家企业进行问卷调查和实证研究．结果表明，信息技术的战略影响是企业信息化水平测评的重要因素，基于因子分析的信息化水平测评具有较好的可比性，可为企业信息化建设提供决策支持．
英文摘要：
To evaluate an enterprise＇s informatization level and compare its degrees among enterprises from the view of strategic impact of information technology, the traditional informatization level evaluation indices were extended to include information technology from a strategic aspect, and the enterprise＇s informatization level evaluation conducted based on factor analysis. Informatization level questionnaire were delivered to nearly 30 enterprises and a survey conducted. The result showed that the strategy status of information technology was of vital importance in informatization level evaluation. The proposed method gave a good comparability and can support the decision making in enterprise informatization.
