目的:通过综合评价急性脑梗死大鼠模型的针刺效应来研究经穴效应的特异性。方法:以Zea-longa线拴法复制大脑中动脉缺血(MCAo)大鼠模型。造模成功后依据Zausinger六分法选择1-3分的大鼠入组。以随机对照设计原则设立基础对照组(正常组、假手术组、模型对照组、模型未干预组、尼莫地平组、人中旁组)和针刺组(内关组、委中组、三阴交组、尺泽组、人中组和非穴组)。而且针刺组内每个穴组采用正交设计法分别设置9个不同参数组合。每组12只,共60组。针刺干预组以提插手法针刺治疗,每12h1次,共干预6次。并以神经行为学、脑血流、梗死率、微循环、光镜等为测量指标。利用因子分析计算样本的综合得分,并进行排序比较(以SPSS17.0实现)。结果:针刺组内比较:每个经穴的针刺参数组合不同,则针刺效应亦不同。针刺组间比较:内关〉尺泽〉人中〉三阴交〉委中〉非穴。经穴与非穴比较:穴位组〉非穴组。针刺组与非针刺组比较:针刺组〉非针刺组。结论:经穴具有针刺效应的特异性;而且经穴特异性是相对的。
Objectives: The objective is to study acupoint specificity by factor analysis based on comprehensive evaluation of the acupuncture effect of rat models with the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAo). Methods : Duplicated MCAo models by Zea - longa's thread ligature and chose rats with 1 - 3 scores assessed by Zausinger's six - point method to be grouped. The rats were divided into 6 basic control groups (including normal group, sham group, model control group, model group without intervention, Nimodipine group, lateral - to - Renzhong group) and 6 acupuncture groups ( including Neiguan ( PC6 ) group, Weizhong(BIA0) group, Sanyinjiao ( SP6 ) group, Chize( LU5 ) group, Renzhong(DU6) group and non - acupoint group) according to the randomized and controlled design prin ciple. In the acupuncture groups, for every meridian acupoint or needling site, 9 different parameter combinations were set respectively by the orthogonal intersection method. The rats were treated by acupuncture with a lifting -thrusting manipulation once every 12 hours, in total six times. There are 12 rats in every group, in total 60 groups. Neurobehavioral scores, cerebral blood flow, infarction rate, microeirculation, light microscope, etc. were measured. The factor analysis was applied to compute the comprehensive effect scores of the samples and then to be sorted out with SPSS17.0. Results: Comparison within the acupuncture group: different parameter combina tions of each acupoint can get different acupuncture effect. Comparison among the acupuncture groups: Neiguan 〉 Chize 〉 Renzhong 〉 Sanyinjiao 〉 Weizhong 〉 Nonaeupoint. Comparison between the acupoint group and non -acupoint: acupoint group 〉 non -acu point. Comparison between acupuncture group and non acupuncture group: acupuncture group 〉 non- acupuncture group. Conclu sion: The acupoint has the specificity of acupuncture effect, and the acpoint specificity is relative.
