目的:在体、动态分析穴位埋线后经穴局部微循环血流灌注变化的规律,探讨穴位埋线疗法局部刺激效应的时效特点。方法:采用激光多普勒血流仪(laser doppler flowmeter,LDF),获取右侧上巨虚(ST37)埋线前后多个时间点足三里(ST36)、上巨虚(ST37)、下巨虚(ST39)的微循环血流灌注(PU),比较分析不同穴位之间及同一穴位埋线前后不同时间PU值的差别。结果:①埋线前及埋线后第8天,埋线侧3个穴位的PU值无显著性差异,从埋线后即刻至第7天,ST37的PU值显著高于非埋线穴位ST36和ST39(P〈0.01);非埋线左侧3个穴位的PU值无显著性差异;埋线穴位ST37血流灌注量随时间变化的趋势呈现二次函数的特征(P〈0.01)。②右侧ST37埋线后不同时间点的PU值明显高于埋线前(P〈0.01);在埋线前及埋线后第8天,两侧ST37的PU值相比无显著性差异,其余时间点,右侧ST37的PU值显著高于左侧(P〈0.01)。③埋线后即刻至埋线后第6天,ST37右-左PU差值显著高于非埋线穴位ST36、ST39的差值(P〈0.01)。结论:埋线能引起埋线穴位的血流灌注量显著增加,持续时间约7d,血流灌注量随时间变化的趋势呈现二次函数的特征。从穴位的血流灌注量来分析,埋线疗法对穴位的刺激效应约为7d。
Objective: This study aims to dynamically analyze the changes of acqupoints' microcirculation by laser Doppler techniques when the acupoint was given catgut-embedding, and further investigate the duration of local stimulating effect of acupoint catgut-embedding. Methods: The laser Doppler flowmeter was used to measure the microcirculative perfusion of six acupoints (bilateral ST36, ST37 and ST39) before and after the right ST37 was treated with catgut-embedding, and the perfusion changes of different points and the same point at different time were aoalyzed. Results: (1There were no significant differences among the points on the right side before right ST37 is buried catgut and on the eighth day after catgut-embedding. At the other time, the perfusion of ST37 is significantly higher than ST36 and ST39 (P〈0.01). The points on the left side has no significant difference. The trend of the changes of right ST37 perfusion with time showed the characteristics of the quadratic function with time variation(P〈0.01). (2)The perfusion of right ST37 significantly rises after being buried catgut(P〈0.01 ). There is no significant difference between right ST37 and left ST37 before catgut-embedding and on the eighth day after being catgut-embedded. But at the other time, right ST37 perfusion is significantly higher than left(P〈0.01). (3)From the first to the sixth day after catgut- embedding, the difference of right ST37 perfusion subtracting left ST37 peffusion is significantly higher than that of ST36 and ST39(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Catgut-embedding can cause the perfusion of acupoint significantly increased, and the effect can last for seven days. The changes of perfusion with time take on the characteristics of the quadratic Function. From the analysis of the acupoint perfusion, stimulating effect of catgut-embedding can last for about seven days.
