英文摘要：
How to ensure the safety of export and establish a good risk prevention mechanism is a new topic before us. Export credit insurance is an important means to protect the security of export. This article analyses the present conditions of the issue both at home and abroad and points out the problems China has in export credit insurance. It also proposes some countermeasures for these problems, namely, to establish a sound risk-assessment mechanism, expand coverage and promote innovation, enhance the Government＇s support and improve the legal system.
