Two crosses were used for the study of inheritance model of seed oil content in micro-endosperm super-high oil corn. Combination analysis of six generations showed that the inheritance of seed oil content in two crosses fitted the model of two major genes plus polygenes. In cross I,the major gene heritability in B1,B2 and F2 was 69.00%,35.03% and 68.99%,respectively,and the polygene heritability was 14.91%,46.97% and 17.70% respectively. In cross II,the major gene heritability in B1,B2 and F2 was 46.80%,42.92% and 48.25% respectively,and the polygene heritability was 29.41%,34.76% and 35.91% respectively.
