采用不同剂量^60Co γ-射线辐射3个微胚乳超高油玉米材料种子,对其M1代和M2代含油率进行研究。结果表明:在M1代,各材料辐射处理的含油率均有所降低,但效应不显著,且含油率的变异系数增加;在M1代,各材料辐射处理的含油率明显降低,大多数辐射处理达到了显著效应,并且出现了一定的正突变,但多数辐射处理含油率的变异系数仍有增加的趋势,有利于在辐射后代中选育出含油率较高的新种质。
Three micro-endosperm super-high oil corn seeds materials were irradiated by different ^60Co γ-ray dose and the effects on percent oil of M1 and M2 generation were studied. The results showed that In M1 , percent oil of materials were declined by ^60Co γ-ray irradiation, and there was no significant effects, but variance coefficient of percent oil were increased. In M2,pereent oil of materials were declined obviously by ^60Co γ-ray irradiation, majority treats achieved the significant level, and there were certain forward-mutation , varlanee coefficient of percent oil of majority treats in three materials were increased,indicating which it was possible to selecting new materials of high poreent oil in Subsequent generation.
