比较分析了不同处理方式对微胚乳超高油玉米种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明,晒种时间对种子萌发具有显著影响,以晒种2d为最好,不宜久晒;剥除种皮可显著提高种子发芽势、发芽率,但对本身发芽率高的种子的影响不如发芽率低的大,同时,剥皮种子发病株极显著增加;不同微胚乳玉米品种,其萌发与种皮厚度呈不显著负相关,与浸出液电导率呈极显著负相关;浸种及播种深度对发芽势有显著影响,而对发芽率无影响,实际生产中宜浅播,并作适当播前处理。
The influence to the germination of micro-endosperm super-high-oil corn by different treatments was studied. The results showed the time desiccating in the sun could significantly influent the germination of misuper-high-oil corn. The best treatment time was two days. Get rid of the testa could significantly increase the germination energy and the germination percentage, and the influence was more greater to the seed with lower germination percentage than to the seed with higher germination percentage. At the same time, rindless seed could take more disease. No significant correlations between the germination and the rind thickness but high significant and negative correlations between the conductance and the germination were found in different ravieties, seed soaking and sowing depth had significant influence on germination energy but no effect on germination rate. so, we should take the pre-sowing treatment and shallow sowing in practice.
