支持演进是现代服务系统的一个发展方向.服务系统能够进行演进的前提是能够准确的获取用户对系统的需求.由于用户很难准确的描述对系统的需求,而用户在使用系统过程中所表现出的意图通常包含潜在的有价值的服务需求.所以,准确的识别用户的意图就成为服务演进研究的一个重要内容.在众多意图获取模型中,情境理论,是一种利用环境上下文序列和用户行为共同描述用户意图的模型,很适合在具有环境感知功能的服务系统中识别用户的意图.本文设计实现了一个面向情境理论的用户意图识别系统.该系统采用模式匹配的方法根据环境上下文,行为上下文与情境的映射关系识别出用户的意图.服务系统根据用户的意图判断用户的需求,以便演进后的服务系统能够更准确的为用户提供服务.
Supporting evolution is a development direction of modem service system. The precondition of service system evolution is to accurately acquire user requirements. It is always too hard for users to represent their requirements to system explicitly. However, the user intention represented during the interaction of users and system, implicates potential valuable service requirements. There- fore, the accurate recognition of user intention becomes an important content in service evolution research. Among most intention ac- quisition models, situation theory, which is a model using environmental context sequence and user behavior to describe user inten- tion, is very suitable for user intention recognition in context-aware service system. In this paper, we designed a user intention recog- nition system based on situation theory. The system adopts pattern matching approach to recognize user intention according to the mapping relation of environment context, behavior context and situation. The service system captures user requirements based on user intention, and then provides more accurate service for user after evolution.
