为了方便地获得锅炉中煤粉的流量,设计了一套新型风速测量装置。利用涡轮流量计的设计原理,阐述了旋转叶轮风速仪的设计依据,并设计了方案。经过风洞实验,选择双支承式旋转叶轮风速仪。在方案确定后,对测量装置进行了总装设计,并具体给出了叶轮及传感器隔热的设计。最后通过实验验证了这种新型风速测量装置能准确地测量流量。
In order to easily obtain the flow of pulverized coal discharging in the boiler, a new wind speed measuring installation based on the principle of turbine flowmeter is designed. The design criteria of rotating vane wind speedometer are described and the strategy is designed. Through wind hole experiment, the double supported rotating vane wind speedometer is selected. Having been the strategy determined, the complete installation is designed and the design of vane and heat isolation of sensor are given. The experiment proves that accurate flow is measured by this new installation.
