目的：观察活血化瘀利水中药复方对颈动脉粥样硬化血瘀证患者的疗效。方法：80例入选患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组予口服阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服活血化瘀利水中药复方,疗程为3个月;观察两组治疗前后血尿酸水平（UA）以及血管性血友病因子（vWF）水平的影响。结果：两组治疗后UA、vWF改善情况均较治疗前改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善较明显。结论：加用活血化瘀利水中药复方能有效干预颈动脉粥样硬化血瘀证患者病情,明显改善患者临床症状。

英文摘要：

Objective ： To observe the effect of Huoxue Lishui Formula on blood uric acid and von Willebrand factore of carotid atheroselerosis patients. Methods ： 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each. The control group was given oral atorvastatin calcium and the treatment group added Huoxue Lishui Formula for 3 months. Two groups＇ serum uric acid （ UA ） and von Willebrand factor （ vWF ） levels were observed before and after treatment. Results ： The two groups UA and vWF were improved compared to those before the treatment （ P〈0.05 ） and those of the treatment group improved more significantly. Conclusion ： Huoxue Lishui Formula can effectively intervenes carotid atherosclerosis patients condition and significantly improve patient＇s clinical symptoms.
