以环形金属镍为阳极,石墨为阴极,用自制试验设备研究了不同外加电压、电解液浓度以及温度等试验条件下金属镍二维电沉积生长的行为特性,并从分形维数的角度对其进行分析。结果表明:在试验的电压范围内,随着外加电压的增大,沉积产物形貌向疏松分枝的结构发展,分形维数的增长出现了波动;随着硫酸镍浓度的增大,枝晶形貌有由开放型向致密型转变的趋势,分形维数随之加大;随着温度的升高,沉积产物的枝晶逐渐呈致密化,沉积产物分形维数呈增大的趋势。
Using Ni ring as anode and graphite as cathode,the deposit of Ni dendrite was manufactured.The influence of voltage,concentration of electrolyte and temperature on the appearance of the dendrite and fractal dimension was investigated.The results showed that the formation of dendrite gradually changed to open growth when the applied voltage was increased with checkered increase of fractal dimension.As the concentration of NiSO4 increased,the formation of dendrite had a trend from open growth to dense growth ...
