文中设计了一种基于MSP430单片机的新型LED无线遥控调光系统。该系统驱动电源部分采用单端反激式开关电源拓扑结构,采用MAXl6822作为LED的恒流驱动器。调光部分采用MSP430F149单片机作为控制核心,利用定时器的精确定时来产生占空比可调的PWM信号对LED灯进行调光。无线控制模块采用体积小、功耗低、成本低的红外遥控,实验结果显示所设计的LED调光系统效率高、满足大功率LED照明的电压电流工作要求,具有良好的无线调光功能。
A LED wireless dimming system based on the MSP430 is designed in this paper. In the drive power,the single-ended flyback switching power supply topology and MAX16822 is adopted as an LED constant current drive. A MSP430F149 is used as the center controller. The exact timing of the timer is generated by using an adjustable PWM duty cycle which can control the intensity of the LED lights. Infrared remote control is used as wireless control module with the advantages of small size,low power consumption,strong function,low cost and etc. The experimental results !~hows that with high efficiency,the designed LED dimming system has a good wireless dimming function and can meet 1:he voltage and current requirements of the high-power LED lighting.
