研究了园铃和佛手两个银杏品种的新梢生长量、光合和叶绿素荧光参数的差异。圆铃叶片的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量以及叶绿素a/b比值明显高于佛手。二者的净光合速率(Pn)日变化均呈双峰曲线,但在9:00-11:00时,园铃叶片的(Pn)显著高于佛手。二者的光饱和点分别为1 200μmol/(m^2.s)、1 000μmol/(m^2.s),光补偿点分别为75.23μmol/(m^2.s)、62.43μmol/(m^2.s)。园铃叶片的Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo和qP均大于佛手;而qN小于佛手。
The chlorophyll contents, photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence of two species of Ginkgo biloba—— 'Yuanling' and 'Foshou' were studied. The chlorophyll, carotene contents and chlorophyll a/b of Yuanling were higher than those of Foshou. The curves of diurnal variation of net photosynthesis rate (Pn) in leaves of Yuanling and Foshou showed two peaks. The Pn of Yuanling was significantly higher than that of Foshou during 9:00 to 11:00. The light saturation points of two species of Ginkgo biloba (Yuanling and Foshou) were 1 200 μmol/(m^2·s) and 1 000 μmol/(m^2 ·s), the light compensation points were 75.23μmol/(m^2· s)and 62.43 μmol/(m^2· s), respectively. The results of diurnal variations of chlorophyll fluoresce showed that Fv/Fm, Fv/F0 and Qp in leaves of Yuanling were significantly higher than those of Foshou, and Qn was lower than that of Yuanling.
