本文通过对国内外成功的滨水区开发案例进行探讨，分析出国内外滨水区开发均经历了两个主要发展阶段，并对国外滨水区开发两种主要模式与国内滨水区开发模式的特点与值得借鉴的地方进行对比，以此得到适合我国滨水区可持续发展的开发模式。
英文摘要：
Through drawing lessons from the case of waterfront development of the world, it was known that there were both two redeveloped stages of the foreign country and China. And contrast the different characteristic and experience of the patterns of development of the world for searching the best pattern of sustainable development for the waterfront in our country.
