Based on the research of the vicissitude of Xiaolan center area, the paper makes out the vicissitudinous patterns of town center area. Firstly, it calctdates the most efficient location of Xiaolan center area using the formtda about the layout of communal establishment, and sums up the first pattern of town center area. Secondly, it analyses how the traffic influences the vicissitude of Xiaolan center area, and sums up the second pattern. Thirdly, it prognosticates the possibility of the next transfer for Xiaolan centre area in the future and points out the location of the new town centre. In the end, author makes out three main conclusions of this paper.
