当前我国食品安全状况不容乐观,其风险来源是多方面的。从食品生产企业的角度出发,以2010—2012年间发生的628个涉及生产企业的食品安全事件为研究样本,识别影响食品安全的风险因素,并依据食品生产经营过程系统分析了风险的主要来源。最后根据分析结果提出了企业食品安全风险防范的对策建议。
China' s food safety situation is not optimistic. Sources of food safety risks are manifold. This paper analyzes the food safety risks from the perspective of food producing enterprises. 628 food safety incidents that oc- curred in 2010 ~ 2012 were selected as the study sample.
