教师工作坊是教师网络研修社区的重要组成部分,其中的知识共享行为特征和规律是研究者关注的重要问题。以中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程中的典型教师工作坊为研究对象,采用社会网络分析法、内容分析法、统计分析方法研究教师工作坊中的知识共享行为,重点研究了核心成员和边缘成员的知识共享行为数量和质量。研究发现教师工作坊形成了一个较为稀疏的社会网络结构,成员之间的交互较少,交互的层次较低;教师工作坊中的核心成员和边缘成员知识共享的数量和质量呈现较大的差异;核心成员的知识共享行为具有典型特征。
Teachers'workshop is an important part of teachers'professional learning community. The characteristics and rules of behavior on knowledge sharing is an important problem which the researchers pay attention to. Based on the project to enhance teacher's ability of applying information technology in primary and middle school and teachers'workshop as the object of study. The social net- work analysis method, content analysis method, statistical analysis method are being used to study the bebavior of knowledge sharing in teachers~workshop. The quantity and quality of knowledge sharing behavior of teachers are being studied. The study found that the teacher workshop formed a relatively sparse network structure of social interaction among the members, and interaction level is low. The quantity and quality of knowledge sharing of the core and peripheral members has large differences. Knowledge sharing behavior of core members has typical characteristics.
