该文以“国培计划2014”中的典型教师工作坊“小学数学平面图形的认识课例研讨”发帖记录为研究对象,以词频分析法和时间序列分析法等为主要研究方法,绘制出关键词数量图和用户在线积极情感和消极情感行为折线图。结果发现:研修教师关注的内容依次为技术知识、教学法知识和学科内容知识;研修教师的消极情感密度值高于积极感情密度值,在部分时段内差异明显;在积极情感较高的时间点,可以对其进行资源推送,在消极情感较高的时间点,建议对其进行心理干预;教师对于积极情感情绪的表达较为丰富,对于消极情绪的反应更为强烈。
Abstract:Based on the typical teacher workshops "elementary school mathematics graphic understanding of lesson study" in "National Teacher Training Program 2014", We got 1992 records that using frequency analysis method and time series analysis method as main research methods and drawing the number of keywords figure and emotional behavior. We found that training teachers to focus first on technical knowledge, followed by knowledge of teaching methods and, finally, subject content knowledge; Negative emotional density is higher than the positive emotion, but some time difference; the density is higher than the value, when part of the positive emotion can push some relative resources; it is recommended to carry on the psychological intervention when part of the negative emotion is higher; teachers for the expression of 0ositive emotion is rich, for the respond of negative emotions more strongly.
