英文摘要：

Based on data from768family farms in Anhui province,the impact of family farmers'personal endowment on government subsidies is analyzed by using Probit model.The study shows that after controlling a series of influencing factors such as the policy variables directly related to the government subsidy policy and the individual heterogeneity variables of the farm,the personal endowment difference of farmer is one of the important reasons for the difference of the subsidy of the family farm at different levels.In particular,the educational endowment constitutes the constraint of high-level government subsidies.However,the experience of business operation,agricultural production or cadre experience that the family farmer owns can significantly improve the probability of Attaining local government subsidies.
