新生代农民工对于我国产业发展与国家安定有着重大意义。基于社会网络理论视角,本文运用基于稳健回归的序列Probit模型,考察了社会网络对新生代农民工收入的影响。结果表明：社会网络对新生代农民工收入有着显著影响,其中强关系与新生代农民工收入呈负显著,而弱关系与新生代农民工收入呈正向显著。强关系对新生代农民工收入有着直接影响,性别、所在行业对这种直接影响有着干扰型交互效应。考虑性别因素的情况下,弱关系与新生代农民工收入之间存在着增强型交互效应。

英文摘要：

The migrant workers of the new generation are of great significance in the industry development and the national stability in China.From the perspective of the social network theory,using the Ordered Probit model based on the robust regression,this paper investigates the influence of the social networks on the income of the migrant workers of the new generation.The results show that the social networks have a significant influence on their income.The strong ties have significantly negative influence,but the weak ties have significantly positive influence.The strong ties directly affect the income of the migrant workers of the new generation,and the gender and the industry has a disruptive interactive effects on the direct influence of the strong ties.Taking the gender factor into consideration,there is a reinforced interactive effect between the weak ties and the income of the migrant workers of the new generation.
