提出了一种研究颗粒阻尼减振特性的离散元算法,建立了离散元法(DEM)数学模型.通过分析颗粒间以及颗粒与容器壁间的相互作用规律,能较准确地预测颗粒阻尼的减振特性.与实验结果进行了比较,验证了该离散元数学模型的正确性.利用离散元数学模型来研究颗粒阻尼结构属性的改变对其阻尼减振特性的影响,结果表明,质量比和材料密度都对颗粒阻尼的减振特性有影响.
The discrete element method that is used to study the damping characteristics of NOPD is proposed,which can forecast the damping characteristics of NOPD by analyzing the particle-particle and particle-wall interaction.The validity of this numerical method was examined by a comparison of the experimental results.The discrete element simulation system was further used to study the influence of the changes of NOPD parameters to the damping characteristics.It is shown that the mass ratio and material density both influence the damping performance.
