根据风机叶片紊流噪声的特点,运用片条理论、非线性气动力理论,分析了作用在叶片上的力,推导了叶元体与气流相互作用诱发叶元体尾缘涡脱落引起的紊流噪声模型。对此噪声的频域特性及各影响因素进行定性分析,得到与各因素相对应的紊流噪声预测值。结合风机旋转噪声模型的预测值,实现风机噪声值的预测,实验验证了模型的正确性。
Based on the vortex noise characteristics, the bar theory and nonlinear aerodynamics theory were used to analyze forces acting on the blade in theoretical method. The vortex shedding noise model, for the axial fan blade inducing by the interaction between the air flov~ and the element section, had been developed. It analyzed the affecting factors of the vortex noise in the model qualita- tively. The characteristics of the vortex noise were changed with parameters (rotation of fan, number of blades, camber angle etc. ). It can predicate the overall noise of the axial fan with the rotation noise model. The simulation results are in reasonable agreement with the facts measured. It can provide theory for axial fan blade vortex noise control, overall noise prediction and the inverse design of the axial fan.
