不同特征滤膜真空预压处理吹填土的模型试验研究

在采用真空预压法处理含水率较高的吹填土时,常常引起塑料排水板外包滤膜的淤堵,这与塑料排水板外包滤膜本身等效孔径的不同有很大关系。基于2种不同等效孔径的排水板滤膜针对吹填土进行真空预压的模型试验,对比2种不同滤膜孔径情况下,真空预压过程中的出水量、出水速率以及滤膜表面沉降的不同特点;对不同滤膜等效孔径模型试验真空预压前后模型箱内土体的含水率、渗透系数和颗粒分布等特性进行对比分析。研究成果对进一步深化真空预压过程中土颗粒粒径和等效孔径之间的定量关系研究具有理论研究意义。

英文摘要:

Geotextile has been widely used in the vacuum consolidation,which is one of the ground improvement methods.The opening size in the geotextile not only affects the flow of water but also the soil particle migration,which is associated with the effect of vacuum consolation indirectly.In this paper the effect of geotextile on vacuum consolidation was studied under the vacuum loading in views of macro and micro analyses.Laboratory model tests of the vacuum consolidation were performed with three different opening sizes of the geotextile.The changes with the position of measured points in water content,coefficient of permeability,composition of soil grain and geometric parameter of micro-structure of soil around the prefabricated vertical drain(PVD)were investigated after the tests.The relationship between the equivalent opening size and influencing effect of vacuum consolidation was discussed by means of the distribution of the above parameters around PVD.The qualitative relationship among the equivalent opening size,clogging and effect of consolidation was explained from the view of the soil particle migration,which results in a base in the further theoretical study of quantitative relationship among the vacuum loading,size of soil particle and equivalent opening size of geotextile.
