采用三轴不固结不排水试验方法,分别研究水泥掺入比为10.7%,13.7%和16.7%的水泥土在14,28和90 d龄期的抗剪强度。试验结果表明,水泥土应力应变曲线表现为应变软化型,峰值强度对应的应变为1.56%~5.31%。随着养护龄期的增大,峰值强度不断变大,峰值强度对应的应变却不断减小。随着水泥掺入比和龄期的增大,水泥土较原状土而言,黏聚力从11.2 kPa提高到797.2 kPa,提高了9.0~71.0倍,内摩擦角从23.8°提高到38.4°,提高幅度为1.1~1.7倍。本文的研究成果可为实际工程中水泥土搅拌桩的设计和施工提供参考。
In this paper,a series of samples were prepared and subjected to the triaxial compression test in order to research the shear strength parameters of cement -soil when the cement ratio respectively were 10.7%, 13. 7% and 16.7%,and the age respectively were 14 d,28 d and 90 d.The results indicate that curves of stress versus strain of cement stabilized soil performance strain softening model.With the increase of curing age, the corresponding strain of peak intensity decreases and range between 1.56% ~5.31%.Peak intensity increa-ses,but the peak intensity corresponding strain have been continuously reduced.With the increase of cement mixing ratio and ages,cohesive force of cement-soil relatively increased by 9 .0 ~71 .0 times from 11 .2 kPa to 797.2 kPa as well as friction angle increased 1.1 ~1.7 times from 23.8°to 38.4°in comparing with the undis-turbed soil.The rearch result of this paper can provide reference for practical engineering of cement-soil mixing pile's design and construction.
