目的 采用康派特医用胶改良的肿瘤种植方式建立兔VX2肝癌模型,探讨其生长特性.方法 将45只新两兰大白兔随机分成3组,A组采用瘤组织悬液注射法;B组将瘤组织块种植于肝左内侧叶膈面;C组将瘤组织块种植于肝左内侧叶脏面,用康派特医用胶将其与左外侧叶的重叠面封闭.B超、CT观察3组兔肿瘤的生长和异位种植状况,检测肝功能变化.结果 A、B、C组种植成功率分别为26.7%、33.3%、86.7%;异位种植率分别为73.3%、60.0%、6.7%.肿瘤超声表现多为低回声;CT示肿瘤为低密度病灶,增强扫描见病灶不均匀强化.结论 采用康派特医用胶封闭的改良兔VX2肿瘤种植方法可明显提高肝癌模型的种植成功率,有效减少肿瘤的异位种植.
Objective To explore the improved model of rabbit VX2 liver tumor by Compont surgical glue and the growth characteristics of the tumor.Methods Forty-five New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: group A (tumor tissue suspension injections), group B (tumor tissue block directly grown in liver left medial lobe of the diaphragmatic surface), group C (tumor tissue block grown in the left medial lobe of facies incisalis inferior hepatisliver, and the left lateral lobe and the left medial lobe closed with Compont surgical glue).B ultrasound and CT scans were used to observe rabbit tumor growth status, and changes in liver function.Results The successful rate of implantation was 26.7%, 33.3% and 86.7% in groups A, B, and C respectively.Under the B ultrasound, most tumors were hypoechoic.CT scans showed the low-density foci in liver, while enhanced CT scans demonstrated asymmetrical intensification in the foci.Conclusion The improved rabbit VX2 tumor implantation method by the Compont surgical glue sealing can significantly improve the implantation success rate of liver cancer model, and reduce tumor ectopic implantation effectively.
