目的:探讨改良的肿瘤种植方式,建立兔VX2肝癌模型,并分析该肿瘤的生长特性。方法:30只新西兰白兔随机的分为3组,每组10只。再将瘤块组织经剖腹途径植入肝脏,观察肿瘤7,10,14,21,28,34d时的体积(B超测量),并计算肿瘤生长率,大体及光镜下瘤组织形态特征以及VX2移植性肝癌的CT影像特征。结果:2—3周生长最旺盛,其体积迅速增大。进行实验研究时,不宜太晚,一般不超过4周为宜,以免因肿瘤坏死和转移影响实验结果。结论:改良的肿瘤种植方式是建立兔肝癌模型的可靠方式,该模型是肝癌的基础及临床的理想动物模型。
Objective: To explore an improved method of establishing rabbit VX2 liver tumor transplanting model,and to analyze the characteristics of tumor growth. Methods: Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups at random, with ten in each group. A piece of tumor tissue was implanted into the liver, and the volume of tumor in different periods (by ultrasonography), growth rate of tumor, biological features (histopathology) and the CT scaning of tumor were recorded and analyzed. Results: The tumors grew rapidly in 2-3 weeks, which suggested that the tumor-loaded time of models should be less than four weeks in order to keep neoplasm necrosis and diversion away from influencing experimental results. Conclusion: The improved method of establishing rabbit VX2 liver tumor transplanted model is a reliable way to establish rabbit VX2 liver tumor transplanted model.
