英文摘要：

In economic management and decision making, we often encounter the functional data. The comprehensive evaluation method is proposed based on functional data when evaluation indexes are functional data. The core question in comprehensive evaluation is the determination of the weights for evaluation indexes at different time. According to the particularity of the comprehensive evaluation problems in case of multi-dimensional functional data sheet, a new method named global scatter - degree method is proposed to determine the weights which is feasible by using the Matlab software to program, then a practical example is given. Finally, this method is compared with the traditional method, and the advantages of the proposed method are given.
