建立了不完全消解一高分辨连续光源石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蔗糖中Cd,Pb的方法。试验选择不完全消解作为样品的前处理方式,比较了几种常用的基体改进剂,发现磷酸二氢铵的影响显著,并且对吸收峰的峰形有显著改善。测定蔗糖中Cd,Pb分别为2.75,107.3ng/g,检出限分别为0.073,0.935ng/mL,加标回收率分别为94.3%,96.2%,本法的精密度(RSD)均小于4.0%。该方法快速、准确、稳定、污染少,具有较高的实用价值,为食品中多元素检测提供了科学依据。
An effective method is developed for determination of cadmium and lead in sugar by noncomplete digestion-high resolution continuum source graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The samples are non-complete digested in low temperature heating. NH4 H2PO4 is found the best one by comparing several common matrix modifiers. The content of Cd and Pb in sugar is 2.75 ng/g and 107.3 ng/g; the detection limits are 0. 073 ng/mL and 0. 935 ng/mL; the recoveries are 94. 3% and 96.2%; the relative standard deviations are all less than 4.0% for determination of Cd and Pb. Therefore, this is a rapid, accurate, stable and low-pollution method for determination of metallic elements in food.
