类黄酮是植物体内最重要的次生代谢物之一,在植物的生长、发育、抗逆境胁迫等多种生物进程中发挥着重要的作用,同时对人类的健康也具有多种保健与药用功能。该文在参考近年来国内外与类黄酮和银杏类黄酮相关研究的基础上,对银杏类黄酮分类、植物体内类黄酮生物合成途径以及银杏类黄酮生物合成相关基因克隆等进行了归纳与分析,旨在为银杏类黄酮更广泛、更深入的研究提供新的思路。
Flavonoid which is one of the most important secondary metabolites in planta plays important roles in the plant growth,development and defense. Moreover, flavonoid has many pharmaceutical properties for human being. The recent progresses of the classification of ginkgo flavonoid, flavonoid biosynthesis and ginkgo flavonoid biosynthesis genes were reviewed in this paper, in order to provide additional insights for further study.
