The ubanization development in Suzhou city has made great achievements,but there also exists some problems.For example,it is lagging behind relatively,the scale and structure is unreasonable,the quality and the overall level of the industrial structure layout is not high.Then,the paper puts forward the development path of the new urbanization of Anhui province：production city fusion;four modernizations synchronization;regional linkage.Finally,the paper proposes the development countermeasures and suggestions：formulating the urbanization development planning;pomoting the development of the industry;pomoting the development of the four modernizations synchronization;using the development opportunities of the neighboring provinces and cities.
