通过运用图像分析软件matlab来分析混凝土的微观结构,试验结果表明:相比较同一批试块而言,标准养护条件下其骨料的等效直径要比自然养护条件下要大;matlab处理条件下可以清晰的看出混凝土的孔隙分布。与传统的方法相比,二值图像很直观、清晰,通过matlab的处理方式更为方便快捷,且能准确分析出骨料的最大、最小粒径及粒径大小。
The image analysis software matlab was used to analyze the microstructure of concrete, and the test result shows that, compared with the same batch of specimens, the equivalent diameter of the aggregate under standard curing condition is larger than that of the aggregate under the natural curing condition;The pore distribution of the concrete can be seen clearly under matlab processing condition. Compared with the traditional methods, the binary image is very intuitive and clear. The maximum, minimum particle size and particle size of the aggregate can be ana- lyzed conveniently, quickly and accurately by using the matlab processing method.
