供应链弹性的构建是供应链应对突发风险的有力工具.从资源投入的角度出发,提出供应链弹性资源投入与供应链风险匹配框架,从而阐述了供应链弹性只有保持在合理水平之中企业才能获得竞争优势.在此基础上引入模糊隶属度概念,提出改进的供应链弹性匹配模型,并通过示例说明了所提出的模型比简单相似系数匹配模型更有效.期望本文的研究对供应链弹性构建实践具有参考价值.
A matching framework of Supply chain resilience( SCRES) resource input and supply chain risk was proposed from the perspective of resource input to interpret that only by keeping SCRES within a reasonable range can the enterprise gain competence advantage. SCRES is the core competence for the supply chain to deal with disruptions. It keeps supply chain transactions all right through the disruptions. Therefore,the concept of fuzzy membership is introduced,an improved SCRES matching model is proposed,and an example is provided that illustrates that the proposed model is more effective than the simple similarity coefficient-matching model. This research is expected to be referential to the building of SCRES in practice.
