能源、环境和资源是当今社会发展的重大课题,这些课题的解决正在引发人类社会发展史上第四次工业革命.以电化学膜过程为学科基础的燃料电池新能源技术将逐渐取代热机成为燃料能转换装置,是这场新工业革命的中心内容.其中,被誉为21世纪高效绿色能源的固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC),特别是其现代发展阶段的陶瓷膜燃料电池(CMFC),行将实施其能源技术革命主角的历史史命.最近的研究突破表明,人工合成的氨和甲醇是CMFC的优异清洁燃料,作为取代石油的液态能量载体与CMFC配合构成一条新能源技术路线,可以成为发展低碳经济,改善能源结构,确保能源安全和实现循环经济的基础.文章介绍了这一新能源思路的发展和内容,并建议,在“十二五”期间设立科技专项,尽快构建CMFC的实用化研发平台,是实施这一符合科学发展观的新能源路线的关键.
Energy, environment and resources are the major issues in the society development, and to solve those problems is leading to the socalled fourth industrial revolution. Thus, a proper energy development route established with scientific basis is of core strategy significance. The fuel cells which are based on the electrochemical membrane process which will substitute the heat - machines as the main devices for the energy conversion wilt be at the central tx)sition in this industrial revolution. Solid oxide fuel cells(SOFC) that may show the highest fuel energy efficiency and other excellent properties which enters its new development stage of ceramic membrane fuel cells(CMFC) with even much better performance will certainly play the role to perform their historical mission. The research breakthrough displays that ammonia and methanol are both the excellent clean fuels for CMFC and can be the right energy carriers as the petroleum substitutions. The new energy route consisted of CMFCs and these two liquid fuels will be the base to develop low carbon economy, improve the energy structure, guarantee the energy safety and promote the cycling economy. The article will describe the proposal and content of this new energy route and make a suggestion how to perform this route in the coming 12^th five year grogram.
